Reference:
TVA letter to NRC dated October 6, 1992, "Sequoyah.Nuclehr Plant (SQN) - Technical Specification (TS) 90 Partial Withdrawal Request (TAC Nos. 77246 and 77247)"
In accoedance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing a requested amendment to Licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the TSs of SQN Units 1 and 2.
This TS change was previously submitted as part of TS Change 90-12.
However, as the result of additional guidance provided in Generic Letter (GL) 90-02, Supplement 1, the request for the change was withdrawn in the l
above referenced letter.
SQN is presently resubmitting this change request utilizing the guidance provided in the'GL.
The proposed TS change is identified in Enclosure 1.
The justification for the proposed TS change is provided in Enclosure 2.
A proposed determination of no significant hazards. consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in Enclosure 3.
TVA requests a 45-day implementation period for this TS change following issuance.
