VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN --REVISION 4 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p) (2), Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits the enclosed changes to the North Anna Power Station Safeguards Contingency Plan. This revision incorporates a new format for the Safeguards Contingency Plan. A description and justification of the changes are enclosed. We have determined that these changes and clarifications do not reduce the effectiveness of the plan.
l The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
