McGuire Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-369, 50-370 Physical Security Plan Revision 43 Dated May 29,1991 Gentlemen:
As required by 10 CFR 50.54(p), attached are four (4) copies of Revision 43 to the McGuire Nuclear Station, Physical Security Plan. Revision 43 includes conditions under which a CAS/SAS operator may assume the duties of the Security Shift Supervisor, the creation of a Minimum Security Force Post Assignments Table, equipment and barrier installation during the implementation of Nuclear Station Modification MG 12142/22142, architectural and vital area shading revisions to Plan Illustrations, a new format of Appendix 2 to show all of the intrior and exterior isolation zone exceptions and other miscellaneous changes. Details of each change made in Revision 43 are outlined in the attached Synopsis of Changes page. Revision 43 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan.
Since this information provides details of the physical protection system at McGuire Nuclear Station, I request that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accodance with 10 CFR 73.21.
