Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/83-13 was to have been submitted by April 15, 1983. This 30 day reportable occurrence (pursuant to T.S. 6.9.1.13) concerns T.S. 3.5.1.2, "Each upper head injection accumulator system shall be operable with:...b.
the water-filled accumulator containing a minimum of 1850 cubic feet of borated water...'.', which was violated on March 15, 1983. At this time certain items have not yet been resolved with Westinghouse and, therefore, preparation of a complete report is not possible.
It is expected that these items will be resolved and a complete report submitted by April 29, 1983.
