We have enclosed a supplemental response to SER Outstanding Issue #1 which is addressed in SER Section 2.3.1.
The enclosed supplemental response is a United Engineers and Constructors, Inc. (UE&C) report entitled, " Probability Estimate of Temperature Extremes for Seabrool, New Hampshire".
The UE&C report provides additional detail, beyond that provided in Reference (b), regarding the basis for selection of the 100 year return temperature extremes.
