Docket Nos. 50-361 and 50-362 Compliance with Statica Blackout Rule San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 Reference-Letter from Mr. Theodore R. Quay (NRC) to Mr. Harold B. Ray (SCE) dated September 14,1992 The referenced letter transmitted a Supplemental Safety Evaluation (SE) which provided final NRC approval of Edison's Station Blackout (SBO) analysis. The letter stated in part that "the licensee must be in full compliance with the SBO Rule within two years after receipt of the Supplemental SE.. "
The purpose of this letter is to confirm that Edison completed all required actions to support our SBO analysis prior to September 14,1994. Edison believes that we are in full compliance with the SBO Rule and that no further submittals regarding SBO are required.
