DOCKET NOS. 50 445 AND 50 446 RESPONSES TO NRC REGULATORY EFFECTIVENESS REVIEW FINDINGS REF:.NRC letter to William J. Cahill, Jr. from Bruce A. Boger, dated March 12, 1991 Gentlemen:
The Regulatory Effectiveness Review (RER), reference NRC TAC numbers 79646 and 79647, was conducted during the period of February 11 through February 15, 1991.
TU Electrh received the RER report (see reference) on March 20, 1991.
Part 1 of the report categorized four issues generally characterized as tactics ' equipment training, and detection processes as l
weaknesses to which TV Electric was requested to respond, There were no issues in Part !! nor Part !!! which were identified for action by TU Electric.
The attachment to this letter contains TV Electric's responses to the four issues identified in Part 1.
Also the attachment cot.tains SAFEGUARDS INr0RMA110N as defined by 10CFR73.21 and should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
Please express TU Electric's gratitude for the RER team's professional demeanor and for sharing their experience and knowledge with the CPSES Security personnel.
