Dear Mr. Parise:

A previous letter of reported non-compliance dated January 5,1983 inadvertantly mislabeled a monitoring point as the entire outfall.

Please note the following corrections:

Paragraph 3 should read "On December 3,1982, the weekly colifom analysis from monitoring point 101 of outfall 001 showed a concentration of > 1609 mpn/100 ml . . . . ."

Paragraph 4 should read "On December 12, 1982, effluent chlorine analysis from monitoring point 101 of outfall 001 was not perfomed."

Please note these changes in the original report.
