Please amend 1.icense CX-22 (Docket No. 50 225), Section 2.11.2 to:
2 Pursuant to the Act and 10 CFR Part 70, " Domestic Licensing of Special Nuclear Material," to receive, possess and use at any one time up to 25.92 kilograms of contained uranium-235 in SPERT (F-1) fuel pins and uranium fuel in the form of low enriched (<4.8 w/o) light water reactor type fuel of typical power reactor desi n, and up to 80 grams of plutonium encapsulated b
in plutonium-beryllium neutron sources, in connection with operation of the facility in addition please amend Appendix A, Technical Specifications, Sections 5A.2 and 5A.3, to the text given in Attachment A.
In addition please amend Appendix A, Technical Specifications, Section 1.0.0 by deleting "(Core A or Core ll)" from line 5.
Please note that when experimental fuelis not in use it will be stored in an approved sealed shipping container in the reactor room. Criticality and radiation analyses are carried out for this fuel in the shipping containers before delivery.
