- 1) ULNRC-2809, Dated June 9,1993 Furnished herewith for your review and approval is a Change Notice to the Callaway Plant Operating Quality Assurance Manual (OQAM). The purpose of the revision is to improve the processing of potential 10CFR21 concerns and eliminate possible duplicate reporting. This change will allow Union Electric to implement changes made to 10CFR21 and consists of the following:
1.
OQAM (Change Notice 94-04) mark-up, identifying changes through the use of inserts and strikeovers.
2.
Explanations and justifications for changes to the OQAM.
Pursuant to the requirements of1( l50.54(a)(3), Union Electric has evaluated these changes and has concluded that the re.ised OQAM continues to satisfy the requirements of 10CFR50, Appendix B. However, the revision may be interpreted as a lessening of commitment and, therefore, requires your approval prior to implementation.
