Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 SB0 Self Assessment Cancellation The purpose of this letter is to advise you that GPUN is withdrawing their request to perform a self-assessment of the Station Blackout (SBO) Rule implementation. This self-assessment was to be performed in accordance with NRC Inspection Procedure 40501.
We therefore will not be submitting a formal proposal by October 1, 1994 as detailed in our correspondence of July 20, 1994.
The decision to withdraw our request was made subsequent to being informed that the NRC had cancelled their plans to perform a full emphasis team inspection on SB0 at the Oyster Creek Plant.
