Dear Mr. Stahl:

As I told you on the telephone last Tuesday, April 5, 1983, I am not handling the matter of the subpoenas issued to Government Accountability Project staff.

You should contact Louis Clark, who is the attorney handling the subpoena matter.

Moreover, it is my understanding at this time that the subpoenas have not yet been served.

Therefore, it appears premature to discuss the matters set out in your letter of April 6, 1983.
