The Catawba Unit 2 End of Cycle 6 Inservice Inspection was completed on June 30, 1994. This inspection was perfbnned in accordance with Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and applicable addenda-Relief Reque!,194-02 is included as Section 9 in this submittal.
