The purpose of this correspondence is to clarf fy the status of three NUREG 0737 items included in your Order Confirming Licensee Commitments on Post-TMI t
l Related Issues dated March 14,1983. Our status on these three items is as I
follows:
II.K.3.27 Common Reference Level As stated in our correspondence of May 7,1982, our final phase of implementation for this modification will involve the deletion of all references to old scales, procedure revisions and conducting the necessary training. This will be completed during our current refueling outage.
II.D.l.2 Relief Valve and Safety Valve Test Programs.
Submittal of our plant specific report will be forwarded to you by April 29,1983.
III.D.34 Control Room Habitability As stated in our correspondence of October 8,1982, only our interim modifications for Control Room Habitability are scheduled for completion during our cycle 11 refueling outage. As discussed in a conference call with Mr. J. Lombardo and J. Feed of your staff on March 22, 1983, the final modifications are scheduled for a later date.
