began decreasing power on 08/18/94 at 1704 for erd-of-cycle 9 refueling outage. 'Ihe unit was removed frun service for end-of-cycle 9 refueling outage on 08/19/94 at 0456. 'Ihe unit was in the outage the remainder of the month.
