Gentlemen:
Attached are the August 1994 Monthly Operating Reports for Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2, as required by Section 6.9.1.10 of the Technical Specifications.
Also attached are corrected Unit 2 average daily power level pages from the May, June and July reports. An elevated value was erroneously calculated for the third day of each of these months. The program that calculates these averages was modified to account for the time change that occurred on April 3,1994 (a 23 hour2.662037e-4 days
0.00639 hours
3.80291e-5 weeks
8.7515e-6 months
day), but it was not returned to a 24 hour2.777778e-4 days
0.00667 hours
3.968254e-5 weeks
9.132e-6 months
day calculation for the subsequent months. Unit I was not affected.
The Unit 2 page for July 1994 has tuo additional corrections for the 26th and 27th of the month.
These values were elevated because the Gross value was iaadvertently switched with the Net value.
If you have any questions, please advise.
Respectfully submitted,
/L ]);yu Dave Morey RWC:jgp(mor)
