Carolina Power & Light Company hereby transmits the original and three copies of Revision 20 to the Industrial Security Plan for the H. B, Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2.

The enclosed contains no change which is known to decrease the effectiveness of the plan or level of security provided.
This revision incorporates changes to a title, elimination of Company employment application forms and letters, a
clarified description of the Auxiliary Building and vital area systems, and a change reflecting the current status of the horizontal storage modules.
