'Ibene tips were also used on assenbly KSV-13-2A#4 - or FSV-13-2A#6.

Cooper Diergy Serviews will coordinate with IEAP and file the necessary technieni data to the imC *or the 10CFR21 report.

Our records. indicate that we supplied these tips to your cxxnpany over the past several years. _ Shawn belcw are the purchase orders in ocm-cern as well-as Cooper Energy Services' order ntmbers and associated serial ntsnbers.
