The request proposes to modify page i
2.3-3 of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS)
Technical Specifications to allow the degraded voltage setpoint to be raised from 3671 volts to 3840 volts.
The setpoint tolerance range will be decreased from the old range of +/- 1.0% to a new range of +0.5%,
-1.0%.
This engineering review has found that the proposed specifications are more restrictive than the current requirements.
This submittal does not change the current degraded voltage time delay setting.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering (BNE) has reviewed the request within the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b) and has no comments.
