Light Company (CP&L) has been in contact with the owners of the information contained in the above referenced Safety Evaluation Reports (SERs) which were identified by you as having possible proprietary status. Except for the information identified below, CP&L has been advised by such owners that the information as set forth in the SERs is not proprietary.
