On January 7,1991 (NLS.90 251) Carolina Power 6 Light Conipany requested a char,ge to the Technical Specifications for the Brunswick Steam Electtic Plant, Units 1 and 2.
The proposed amendment revises the visual inspection surveillance requirements and acceptance criteria associated with Techncial Specification 3/4.7.5, Snubbers, in accordance with the guidance provided in Concric Letter 90 09, dated December 11, 1990.
On March 28, 1991, the NRR Project Manager verbally requested that CP6L submit typed Technical Specification pages to support issuance of the proposed request.
Enclosures 1 and 2 provides the typtd pages for Unit 1 and 2 respectively.
