Dear Sir:

By letter dated September 27,' 1991, as supplemental December 12,1991, Duke Power provided its plans and schedule for resolving the above subject findir.g. Duke Power planned to have two modifications implemented during the McGuire Units 1 and 2 End-of-Cycle 9 (EOC9) Refueling

' ~ Outages in 1994 to change out the 125 VDC battery, main and cross-tie circuit breakers.-

This supplemental response is to notify you that the schr;dule for implementing the above modifications has been delayed in order for McGuire to coordinate equipment lead times with personnel and plant safety concerns. The modifications will be performed af ter the EOC9 Refueling Outages, and will be completed by December 31,1995.
