i Reference a) transmitted Commonwealth Edison Company's (Comed's) request for an Emergency Technical Specification Amendment to Section 3/4.4.5 for Braidwood Unit 1. The proposed amendment would
,h incorporate a 1.0 volt steam generator (SG) tube support plate (TSP) interim F t plugging criteria (IPC) for Cycle 5. In Reference a) Comed committed, in part, to submit tube pull analysis data for the steam generator tubes pulled during the Braidwood Unit 1 Gjele 4 Refuel Outage (A1R04) when it became available and a final WCAP for the Model D4 Steam Generator Tube Sup-port Limited Displacement Analyses within 2-3 months. Comed's request for the Emergency Technical Specification Amendment was subsequently granted for a period of 100 calendar days with T, greater than 500 F as s
documented in Reference b).
Reference c) transmitted Comed's request to remove the operating limit of 100 calendar days with T, greater than 500 F imposed by Reference b).
u In Reference c) Comed committed to provide data from the leak and burst tests on the pulled SG tubes by August 12,1994 and a final WCAP for the Model D4 Steam Generator Tube Support Limited Displacement Analyses by the end of August.

In Reference d) the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) transmitted a Request for Additional Information (RAI) to Comed, Part 2 of which dealt with the use of the TRANFLO code to calculate hydraulic loads on the TSPs during a limiting event. Comed's response to the RAI is documented in References e) through i). In Reference O Comed revised its commitment to provide a final WCAP for the Model D4 Steam Generator Tube Support Limited Displacement Analyses by the end of August due to the expanded scope of analysis required to address the concerns raised in the RAI. Comed committed to provide the complete results of TRANFLO Test Cases 1 and 2 and Structural Test Cases 1 and 2 documented in a WCAP to be completed by the end of August. When Reference O was transmitted from Comed to the NRC the schedule for completion of TRANFLO Test Cases 3-7 and Structural Test Cases 3-5 had not been determined. It has subsequently been determined that these test cases will be completed and documented in the final WCAP for the Model D4 Steam Generator Tube Support Limited Displacement Analyses by October 31,1994.
During a teleconference, Reference j), it was agreed that formal trans-mittal of the data from the leak and burst tests on the pulled SG tubes would be included in a WCAP to be completed by the end of August. Data from the additional destructive testing of the pulled SG tubes will be for-warded to the NRC when it becomes available.

As WCAP-14046, Revision 1 contains information proprietary to West-inghouse Electric Corporation, it is supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information. The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
