Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 180 Supplement No. 1, Revision No. 1 Removal of Cycle Specific Parameter Limits The enclosure to this letter is Revision 1 to Supplement 1 of Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 180.
The license amendment application (TSCR No. 180) would modify Oyster Creek Technical Specificationo to remove certain cycle-specific parameter limits, in accordance with guidance contained in NRC Generic Letter 88-16.
The enclosed Technical Specification pages 3.10-2, 3.10-3, 6-12a and 6-12b supersede the correcponding pages included in TSCR No. 180, Supplement 1, dated September 14, 1990. The revisions contained therein are editorial in nature.
These revisions result from comments made by the NRC Staff.
Revision 2 of the Care Operating Limits Report is also enclosed and reflects minor editorial Staff comments.
