In addition, the items described below are also submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 6.7.A.4.

1. Changes to the Process Control Program (PCP)

In accordance with Technical Specification 6.5.D, Section PCP 2.0 (Revision 7), Installed Atcor Solidification System, was changed. In that all the page numbers were changed, the entire section was reissued as Revision 8 (Attachment #2).

The following changes are included in Revision 8:

a. A format change was made to conform to a new word processing system.

b. Referencing an NRC commitment.

c. Minor editorial and organizational changes.

These changes do not reduce the overall conformance of the solidified waste product to existing criteria for solid wastes. The Operations Committee reviewed Revision 8 on May 12, 1994 (Meeting Number 1940).

2. Changes to ths Offsite Calculation Manual (ODCM)

In accordance with Technical Specification 6.5.E, the ODCM has been changed and is provided as Attachment #3. In that all the page numbers were changed the entire document was reissued as Revision 0 (the last revision of previous version was Revision 7.)

The following changes are included in Revision 0:

a. A format change was made to conform to a new word processing system.

b. The maps have been replaced with cleaner versions.

c. Minor editorial corrections have been made such as Technical Specification references, ODCM references and Table references.

the ODCM. The Operations Committee reviewed Revision 0 on January 13, 1994 (Meeting Number 1925).

3. Change in Sample Location MO5S was moved from Greener Residence, to about 1/2 mile SE to Rivorcrest Christian Academy. This change is due to the residence being vacated and the building being razed. A revised map will be included in the next revision of the ODCM.
