Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
During a Unit No. 1 refueling outage, five fire barrier LCOs with issuance dates of March 2, 3, 7, and 8 were generated to permit the performance of work in the Augmented Off-Gas and Control Buildings required for the installation of the three plant modifications. Due to the complexity of the work involved j
with these modifications, the seven-day specified time frame of each subject LCO has been exceeded. Until the completion of the involved modification work and cancellation of the subject LCOs, appropriate station fire watches will remain in effect.
