As agreed in the telephone conversation on July 1,1983 between Mr. Gary Westafer (FPC) and Mr. Ron Hernan (NRC), this letter confirms that Regu-latory Guide 1.97, Revision 3 is acceptable for all Crystal River Unit 3 commitments and supersedes Regulatory Guide 1.97, Revision 2 referenced in Generic Letter 82-33 dated December 17, 1982.
