Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
During Unit No. 2 power operation on March 12, 1983, two fire barrier LCOs were generated to permit the performance of work in the Augmented Off-Gas Building required for the installation of a plant modification. Due to the complexity of the work involved with this modification, the seven-day specified time frame of the subject LCOs has been exceeded. Until the completion of-the involved modification work and cancellation of the subject LCOs, appropriate stationed fire watches will remain in effect.
