Self-Initiated Evaluation of Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Enclosed is the report of Illinois Power Company self-initiated evaluation of the construction and engineering activities involved in the construction of the Clinton Power Station Unit 1.
This is provided in response to the verbal request on March 23 of Dr. H. Abeloon, NRC Clinton Licensing Proj ect Manager.
The IP evaluation effort was conducted in accordance with guidelines promulgated by the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO).
Copies of this report were previously provided to the NRO, Office of Inspection and Enforcement by the referenced letter (copy attached).
