Dear Mr. Schwencer:
Enclosed are draft changes to Security Plan pages 3-6, 9-1 and 11-1 containing information requested by the Safeguards Licensing Branch during the referenced telephone discussion.
A formal amendment to the plan reflecting these changes will be submitted in August, 1983.
Pursuant to Sections 2.790 and 73.21 of the Commission's regulations, it is hereby requested that the revised pages of the Security Plan transmitted herewith be withheld from public disclosure.
An affidavit in support of this request is attached hereto.
