Docket No. 50-275 4
Docket No. 50-323 Proposed Schedule for Reopened Hearings on Design Quality Assurance Members of the Appeal Board:
There have been numerous discussions between the parties to this matter regarding scheduling for the reopened hearings on design quality assurance.
Those discussions, whils not leading to total agreement, have resulted in general agreement as between the Applicant, Staff and Governor of California.
It is Applicant's understanding that the Joint Intervenors are in essential disagreement as to the schedule set forth below and would propose that it be extended at least six weeks.
The Applicant would propose the following schedule:
7-1-83 Contentions Submitted Submittals on Contentions 1/
4 7-14-83
-1/
It has been suggested by counsel for the Governor that between 7-1 and 7-14 the parties would attempt to negotiate contentions and that on 7-14 a simultaneous filing would occur setting forth agreed-upon contentions and each party's position on the unagreed-upon contentions.
