In accordance with your request in the March 4, 1983
" Notice of Resumed Evidentiary Hearing," Applicants hereby furnish copies of the " material core" exhibits admitted into evidence in the DOL evidentiary hearing in Case No. 82-ERA-9.
Those exhibits which also have been admitted into evidence in the NRC proceeding are identified by the appropriate NRC exhibit number and are not furnished here.
Those material core exhibits not already admitted in the NRC record are identified by asterisks in the attached lists of all exhibits admitted in tha't proceeding (Attachments A-D).
Copies of any of the exhibits which are not designated as material core exhibits can be provided upon request.
Attachments A and B are the lists of Respondent's (Brown & Root, Inc.) exhibits.
The exhibits in Attachment A were filed prior to the commencement of the DOL evidentiary hearing.
The bulk of these exhibits are already in evidence in the NRC proceeding.
The exhibits listed in Attachment B were introduced by Respondents during the course of the DOL hearings.

.. 7 Attachments C and D are lists of Complainant's (Charles Atchison) exhibits.
The exhibits in Attachment C consist primarily of Mr. Atchison's employment records.
Attachment D is the index to the Department of Labor file which was introduced as Plaintiff's Exhibit 26 (PX-26).
Again, most of the exhibits identified in both Attachments are already-part of the NRC evidentiary record.
We have also transmitted to the NRC Staff for placement in the appropriate NRC Public Document Room copies of the DOL transcripts (which we previously provided to the Board) and the enclosed attachments and exhibits.
