Smoke Detectors Covered to Perform Planned Maintenance Activity AECM-83/0174 On February 1, 1983, smoke detectors on elevation 119 feet of the Auxiliary Building were covered in order to perform a planned maintenance activity. An hourly fire watch was established in accordance with Technical Specification 3.3.7.9. The work is currently in progress; therefore, this is submitted as an interim report. An update report will be submitted by May 15, 1983.
The current condition has no effect on the health and safety of the public and does not constitute a threat to plant safety. This is a Special Report filed pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.2.
