As per our telephone conversation this
- date, the attached documentation is provided as requested.
Attachment #1 contains copies of memorandums to all Shift Commanders indicating those areas identified as having insuf ficient lighting and directing that these areas be patrolled at least once every half hour during the hours of darkness.
As you can see, the one (1) area [under/around trailers - north of the Reactor Building) was identified as having insufficient lighting prior to your inspection of January 1994.
Attachment #2 is a Site Building Map which shows those areas identified as insuf ficient lighting areas.
This map is updated and attached to each memorandum, and forwarded to the Shif t Commanders.
Hopefully, this documentation provided and our telephone conversation will adequately resolve your concerns.
