This is to notify the NRC of a change in the distribution of the Byron /Braidwood FSAR. of reference (a) designated the Chief, Division of Nuclear Safety, Department of Public Health as the State Of ficial to receive a copy of the FSAR and all amendments.
Some months ago, the State of Illinois transferred the responsibility for all nuclear power plant activities to the new Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety.
Accordingly, the State's copy of each FSAR Amendment is being sent to the following address:
