Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/83-35 was to have been submitted by June 14, 1983. This 30 day Reportable Occurrence (pursuant to T.S. 6.9.1.11) concerns T.S. 3.4.3, "The pressurizer shall be operable with...at least two groups of pressurizer heaters each having a capacity of at least 150 kw",
which was violated on May 15, 1983. At this time investigation of the incident and preparation of a report are not yet complete. The report will be submitted by June 28, 1983.
