On June 23, 1982 a Stop Work Order was initiated on struc-tural steel installation. A recovery plan was developed to correct the deficiencies associated with the Stop Work Order.
Illinois Power Company has completed the portions of the recovery plan which are necessary to lift the Stop Work Order.
The appropriate procedures and instructions have been revised and training has been accomplished and documented.
