Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
On May 27, 1983 your staff was notified t. hat the Containment Pressure Control System monthly surveillance required by T.S. 4.3.2.1 Table 4.3-2 (Functional Unit #6) was not performed at the required interval for either Unit 1 or 2, and when performed it was found out of allowable limits. Pursuant to T.S.
3.3.2 which is reportable per T.S. 6.9.1.10(f), Reportable Occurrence Reports R0-369/83-30 (Unit 1) and R0-370/83-19 (Unit 2) were to have been submitted by June 9, 1983. However,-analysis being performed necessary for the com-pletion of the reports is not yet finished. The complete reports will be submitted by June 24, 1983.
