At 1545 April 15,1976 we received a telephone film badge report from R. 5. Landauer which indicated exposure of five contractor employees to greater than 3 REM for the first calendar quarter.

Reviewed TLD and dosimeter records for these individuals which indicated al.1 exposures were less than 3 REN.

Notified Mr. Karl Plumblee by telephone of the applicable exposure levels and cocuenced investigation to resolve discrepancies.
