Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
My letter of May 17, 1983 submitted Reportable Occurrence Report R0-370/83-07 which dealt with discrepancies in the Unit 2 Initial Integrated Leak Rate Test.
In addition to the corrective actions outlined in the report, upon writing the periodic test procedure for the Unit 2 ILRT, the soap bubble test of the hot penetrations will be incorporated.
