Dear Mr. Seidle:
- J This letter provides an interim report on a potential 10CFR50.55(e) item concerning workmanship on Swagelok Fittings at the Wold Creak jobsite. This item was initially reported on February 15, 1983, with supplemental information provided in the Reference.
The information obtained from inspections and testing of various tubing installations has been transmitted to the Architect / Engineer (A/E) for evaluatior. of this ' copcern. Upon receipt of the A/E 's report, Kansas Gas anl(Electrit Compmy will make a final evaluation of the safety implications of this natter and determine whether or not any additional corrective action is required.
