McGuire Nuclear Station Safeguards Contingency Plan Revision 2
Dear Mr. Denton:
Attached are five copies of Revision 2 to the McGuire Nuclear Station Safe-guards Contingency Plan. Note that this is a resubmittal of this revision which was originally transmitted by Mr. W. O. Parker, Jr. 's (Duke Power Company) letter dated September 9, 1981 (reference Attachment 1).
This resubmittal is a result of Mr. C. Gaskin's (NRC/0NMSS) telephone conversation with Mr. W. R. Cross (Duke Power Company) on January 11, 1983 in which he indicated that NRC/0NRR had never received Revision 2 although they had recently received Revision 3 (submitted by my letter dated November 10, 1982).
Since this material is applicable to security provisions at !!cGuire, it is requested that this information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
