Applicants hereby transmit their testimony regarding the NRC Construction Appraisal Team
(" CAT") Report and two documents providing responses to certain Board inquiries.
We are transmitting these materials to all parties and Board members for receipt on June 7, 1983, in accordance with the schedule established by the Board.
Applicants' testimony regarding the CAT Report is sponsored by Messrs. C.
Thomas Brandt, Ronald G. Tolson and Antonio Vega, who will be presented as a panel at the hearing session scheduled to commence June 13, 1983.
Each of these individuals has previously testified in this proceeding.
