Dear Mr. Denton:
Please note on the copy listing for Crystal River Unit No. 3 the listing for the Bureau of Intergovernmental Relations. Florida Power Corporation (FPC) has been informed this organization has been non-existent for over two years.
The functions previously performed by this organization have been apparently split up within the Department of Environmental Regulation.
Based upon our current understanding, FPC requests the listing of the Bureau of Intergovernmental Relations be removed from the copy listing for Crystal River Unit No. 3.
Additionally, correspondence previously copied to "Mr. David G. Mardis, Acting Manager, Nuclear Licensing," should now be copied to me.
