SUMMARY

MONTH: November, 1981 Oconec 3 began the month at near rated power. A power reduction was made on November 13, 1981 to perform a turbine valve movement test. Power was reduced on November 23, 1981 due to technical specification requirement when CCW-8 (condenser gravity flow discharge valve) failed at the inter-mediate position. Returned to near rated power the same day. Reduced power on November 28, 1981 to isolate the 3 "B" feedwater pump to repair the seal injection line. After repairs, the unit was returned to near
