SUMMARY

MONTH: December, 1981 Oconee Unit 2 began the month of December at 75% power to extend the reactor core life. During the month, reductions to 50% and 30% were made to further extend core life. The unit was removed from service on December 28 for a scheduled refueling / inspection outage.
