Forwarded herewith are seventy-five (75) copies of Revision 10 of the Standardized Nuclear Unit Power Plant System (SNUPPS) FSAR. This revision will be incorporated into the applications of the above dockets by ameridments submitted by Kansas Cas and Electric Company and Union Electric Company.

This revision includes the SNUPPS FSAR changes previously transmitted by references 1, 2 and 3. The revision contains the information necessary to resolve issues identified in references 4 and 5 as follows:

In addition, the revised FSAR page 8.3-7 precludes the necessity for the Technical Specification surveillance requirement identified in Section 8.3.3.1.2 of References 4 and 5.

Portions of FSAR Sections 6.3, 9.3 and Chapter 15 have been modified by this revision to reflect a decrease in the Boron Injection Tank boron concentration from 20,000 ppm to 2,000 ppm boron.

The revision also includes minor updates and corrections. Some pages are replaced in this revision simply to correct previous printing errors and do not contain any text or information changes.
