On June 22, 1982 Unit 1 was declared inoperable due to the main Tie Breaker to the Overh ad Transmission Path (ACB-1) not closing.
Reportable Occurrence Report ko-269/til-il providing details of this incident was to have been submitted to you by July 22, 1982, pursuant to Technical Spec-ification 6.6.2.1.b(2). However, the investigation of this incident and the preparation of a report are incomplete at this time.
It is expected that the investigation and report will be completed, reviewed, and submitted to you no later than August 20, 1982.
