Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/82-55 was to have been submitted by July 20, 1982. This 30 day reportable occurrence (pursuant to T.S.6.9.1.13) concerns T.S.
3.3.3.6, "The accident monitoring instrumentation channels shown in Table 3.3-10 shall be operable", which was violated on June 20, 1982. At this time, investi-gation of the incident and preparation of a report are not yet completed. The report will now be submitted by July 29, 1982.
