Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Reportable Occurrence Report R0-370/83-08 was to have been submitted by May 18, 1983. This 30 day reportable occurrence (pursuant to T.S. 6.9.1.11) concerns T.S. 3.6.1.3, "Each containment air lock shall be operable...", which was violated on April 18, 1983. At this time, investigation of the incident and preparation of a report are not yet complete. The complete report will now be submitted by June 3, 1983.
